Who on my team should join the live calls?

To make the most of the calls we recommend that the business owner, one person from the leadership team, and your systems champion (if you have one) join the live calls. You can also send the recordings to other relevant people on your team after the calls.

What if I don’t have a Systems Champion?

Even if you don’t have a Systems Champion yet, you’ll learn exactly how to identify, hire and onboard one. We’ll be sharing our hiring scripts and system templates so that when the time comes, you’ll be able to fast-track the process.
