You’re not alone—many businesses join the program before formally identifying their Champion. You might even be the Champion yourself (for now).

Can other team members join the program?
Yes. While the program is designed for the business owner and one Systems Champion, additional team members from the same business can join for $1,000 per person. This is only available in conjunction with a full fee-paying membership and has proven valuable for building a systems-driven culture across departments.
What if we already tried systemizing and failed?
You’re our ideal client. Most failed systemization efforts fall short because of a lack of support, strategy, and team buy-in. That’s why we built the Academy.
You’ll follow our Resistance-Proof Protocol and gain the structure, accountability, and tools needed to succeed—even if previous attempts didn’t stick.
When do the live Implementation Sprints run?
We run live sprints three times per year, typically starting in February, June, and September. Each sprint includes bi-weekly 90-minute calls over a 12-week period. We space out the sessions to allow time for implementation between calls.

How many live Implementation Sprints are included?
The Systems Champion Academy is a 12-month guided program. As part of your enrollment, you’ll receive two seats for one live Implementation Sprint (typically one for the Systems Champion and one for the business owner). Additional sprint seats can be purchased if needed.
What’s covered in the Implementation Sprints?
The 12-week sprint walks your Champion step-by-step through the SYSTEMology framework, combining:
- Systems foundations and AI-powered documentation techniques
- Implementation guidance and leadership training
- Culture-building strategies and obstacle removal
Each bi-weekly session includes live training, action steps, and a community check-in. You’ll finish with a one-on-one planning session to ensure momentum continues beyond the sprint.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
The Systems Champion Academy is a fixed 12-month program. At the end of the 12 months, you will retain access to the Systems Champion private community.
You also have the option to gain continued access to systemHUB and additional training through our Business Systems Accelerator program.
Can I switch between program levels?
Yes. Each program comes with its own structure and commitment:
- Business Systems Accelerator and SYSTEMologist Certification begin with a 12-month commitment and then move to month-to-month.
- Systems Champion Academy is a 12-month fixed-term program and does not automatically roll over.
You can upgrade from BSA to the Academy (or to Certification) at any point during your initial 12-month term. Many businesses start with BSA and upgrade when they want expert guidance and faster implementation.
What’s the weekly time commitment?
For the Business Owner:
- 90-minute live call every 2 weeks (for the first 90 days)
- 1 to 2 hours per week reviewing Champion progress
For the Systems Champion:
- 90-minute implementation call every 2 weeks
- Approximately half a day per week for implementation tasks
Your pace will depend on how fast you want results. We’ve seen everything from part-time to full-time implementations work. The framework adapts to your bandwidth.
How does your guarantee work?
If you actively follow our process and don’t achieve at least a 10x return on your investment, we’ll refund every dollar.
To qualify, you must:
- Assign an active Systems Champion
- Attend at least 80% of live implementation calls in your first 90 days
- Complete the assigned implementation work between sessions
- Track and document your progress in systemHUB
- Respond to our support team’s check-ins within 5 days
- Follow our SYSTEMology framework as guided
- Be open to additional support if you’re not seeing expected results
