Even though Ksenija had a comfortable 9 to 5 corporate job, she was always helping her friends and acquaintances systemise their businesses as a side hustle.
With hands-on knowledge about process improvement methodologies like ‘Six Sigma’ and ‘ISO 9001’, she was able to successfully implement these techniques and help her clients.
However, she soon realised that this could never be a one-size-fits-all solution, and she needs to dig deep.
