My name is David Jenyns, and I’m a systems devotee on a mission to free business owners worldwide from the daily operations of running their businesses. For nearly a decade, I’ve been pursuing this vision. I’m proud to report that my work has now impacted hundreds of thousands of business owners globally and continues to expand.
Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I’ve started, systemised, scaled, and successfully sold three companies. Each business became a laboratory for refining my approach. This real-world experience, along with being an adviser to hundreds of companies across diverse industries, has made SYSTEMology what it is today. Business leaders worldwide trust and reference my work because I’ve consistently built my reputation on under-promising and over-delivering.
My journey has come full circle, from being the business owner trapped in daily operations to now helping others find that same freedom. Today, I lead our growing community of certified SYSTEMologists, deliver workshops and keynotes around the world, and host the Business Processes Simplified podcast. But perhaps my greatest achievement in systemisation has been creating space for what matters most: being present as a husband and father.
