Fixed price, no scope creep, quoted on the Diagnostic call. The investment depends on team size, geography and whether delivery is on–site, hybrid or remote. You’ll know the number before anyone signs anything.

The Audit isn’t an ongoing engagement. It’s a one–time diagnostic designed to work hand–in–hand with your existing coach or implementer. The deliverables (CCF, MVS register, AI roadmap) feed straight into the L10 or quarterly cadence those frameworks already run. Neither EOS nor Scaling Up comes with an AI overlay; we sit on top, not against.

Both work. Roughly 60% of the engagement (stakeholder interviews, system mapping, software stack audit) is remote–friendly. The other 40% (the synthesis day, the leadership readout, the strategic roadmap session) lands better in person. Many engagements run hybrid: remote weeks 1–3, on–site for the week–4 readout.
