THE STORY
From Selling the MCG to Creating SYSTEMology
David's entrepreneurial journey started in his early twenties when he sold Australia's most beloved sporting venue, the Melbourne Cricket Ground. From there, he franchised a clothing store called Planet 13, built a stock market education business, and eventually founded Melbourne SEO Services, one of Australia's most trusted digital agencies.
Then in 2016, something clicked. He'd built a successful agency, but he was trapped by it. Every decision needed his input. He was working in the business, not on it.
So he documented every process, built the systems, hired a CEO, and stepped away. The business ran without him. That same year, Michael E. Gerber called and asked him to drop everything for three months. His business survived because the systems held.
That experience became the foundation for SYSTEMology, a seven-step framework that's now helped hundreds of businesses build the systems they need to scale, sell, or simply take a real holiday.
