Your systemHUB, Set Up in 90 Minutes
You grabbed the Dollar Deal. The account is open. And it is still empty, because nobody told you which system to document first. Give me 90 minutes and we will fix that together, live, on your business.

Right now it is all in their heads
I hear the same sentence almost every week. It is all in their heads.
How the business actually runs lives inside two or three people and you cannot afford to lose any of them. The day one of them hands in their notice, you find out exactly what that costs.
So you buy the software. You open it up, look at an empty folder tree and close the tab.
That is not laziness. Nobody gave you a roadmap.
The folder of Word docs on Google Drive is not the answer either. I have watched that one play out plenty of times. Things get buried, the permissions go sideways and nobody opens any of it.
Here is the part people get wrong. They document whatever irritates them most that week, name it whatever felt right that day and stop after eleven documents. Nothing in the business changes, so they decide systems do not work.
Systems work. The order was wrong.
What I am actually going to do with you
Ninety minutes, live, with your account open in front of you. This is not a demo and I am not walking you through a feature list.
You bring one real process you are sick of explaining. We work on your business, not a sample one and by the end that process is written down, published and sitting with someone's name on it.
I have done this setup more times than I can count, starting with my own. The owners who get it working all move in roughly the same order. That order is the whole session.
“The Business Brain brought a lot of alignment and clarity with our team. Already resulted in better decisions.”
Chelsea Ciolli · Tile and Stone Source
What you walk out owning
You are not watching me work. You are doing it as we go.
Your Critical Client Flow
The handful of systems that actually make you money, written down in order. Everything else can wait and most of it should.
A structure that survives you
Folders, naming and tags, done before anything goes in. Nobody ever goes back and tidies two hundred documents. So we do it first.
One real system, finished
Not a sample. One of yours, out of someone's head and into the account before we hang up.
A name against it
A system nobody owns is a document. We set the owner, the trigger and what done looks like, so it is a system.
The adoption part
Everyone tells me the same story: it works for a fortnight, then the team drifts back. I will show you what stops that.
A 30-day roadmap
Owners are not short of templates. They are short of a roadmap. You leave with the next five systems and who captures each one.
The five parts
In order, because the order is the thing most people get wrong. Each part ends with something real in your account.
Most people start with whatever annoys them most. That is how you end up with eleven documents and no change in the business. We start with the money instead.
- Mapping your Critical Client Flow, the steps that turn a stranger into a paid, happy client
- Finding the two or three steps that break most often
- Deciding what matters now and what honestly can wait six months
- Picking the one system you and I will build on the call
You leave with: your Critical Client Flow on paper and a shortlist you can defend.
This is the boring ten minutes that saves you a rebuild next year. Nobody ever goes back and renames sixty documents. I have asked and nobody does.
- The folder structure that still makes sense at two hundred documents
- A naming convention your team will actually follow
- Tags, so you can find anything in about four seconds
- Where policies and training live and why I keep them apart
You leave with: an account you can grow into instead of one you will redo.
People expect this bit to be hard. It is only hard if you try to write it from memory. Capture what you are currently doing, not what you would like to be doing.
- Why writing a system from scratch is the slowest way to get one
- Recording the person who already does the work and letting them talk
- Turning that into a system: the trigger, the steps and what done looks like
- Making it readable without making it a project
You leave with: one finished system in your account that was not there this morning.
The founder is always the bottleneck. A system that only you can see has not moved you anywhere.
- Setting the owner and what owning a system actually means
- Who gets access to what and why less is usually better
- Turning on tracking so you know it has been read
- What your team sees the first time they open it
You leave with: your first system assigned, with access and tracking live.
This is where most setups quietly die. Everyone leaves motivated. Three weeks later nothing has moved. So we spend the last stretch on what happens next.
- The next five systems, in order, with a name against each
- Roughly how long each one takes, so you can book the time
- The weekly rhythm that keeps it going without a project plan
- The two things that stall most accounts around week three
You leave with: a written 30-day plan, with names and rough timings on it.
Who I built this for
Owners and managers who have a systemHUB account sitting empty. That is the whole audience.
You do not need anything documented first. You do not need to have read the book. You do not need a team of twenty and plenty of people doing this have a team of three.
What you do need is 90 uninterrupted minutes and one real process in mind. Ideally the one you are tired of explaining for the fourth time.
If your account is already full and your team is in it every day, skip this one. You are past it.

What owners say after training with me
“For me, it was making the invisible visible. The automation index showed me just how much I’d already built, around 60 automations, and gave me a clear view of the AI layer across the business. I’ve already seen one report go from 13 false alarms to just 3 genuine issues.”
Michael O’Grady
Valmond & Gibson
“The moment everything clicked was connecting the dashboard exercise to real data. I pulled actual overdue tasks and found a pattern. That was the point systems thinking stopped being theory and became something I could point to with evidence.”
Rocío Coco
Saltwater Country
“Once I had all my connections set up things started to move much more quickly. And what I love about training with Dave is the assurance that I’m doing it right.”

Questions I get asked before these sessions
No. Most people turning up will have nothing, which is exactly who this is built for.
Bring one process you are sick of explaining. We will do that one together.
The setup, yes. The whole business, no. I would not promise that.
What you walk away with is a structure that holds, one finished system and a plan for the next five. Filling the account takes longer and it is meant to.
This is the objection I hear more than price and it is a fair one. It works for a fortnight, then everyone drifts back to how they did it before.
That usually happens because the systems were written for a folder, not for a person. Part Four is about the owner, the access and the tracking, which is the bit most people skip.
Yes. Your seat is part of it, there is nothing more to pay.
Register through the button on this page and you are in.
Yes. Everyone who registers gets it.
Register even if 9:00am AEDT does not work for you, because the recording and the templates come together.
Please do. Honestly, the person who actually runs the process is often more use on the call than the owner.
That is usually your Systems Champion. Register them separately so they get the recording too.
No. systemHUB is where your systems live, it is not a development environment.
If you can write an email, you can document a system in it.

I’m David Jenyns
In 2016 I systemised myself out of my own agency, hired a CEO and stepped back. Then I wrote SYSTEMology about how I did it and it has since passed 100,000 copies.
I built systemHUB in 2021 because our clients kept asking the same question. They had the method and nowhere sensible to put the systems once they wrote them.
I am not handing you a template pack. Owners are not short of templates. What you are short of is the order to do things in and somebody sitting with you while you do the first one.
